Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 8 August 2026

Last Updated: 26 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions explain the basic rules that apply when using the Nuraan Quran Institute website and online Quran learning services.

By booking a trial class, enrolling in paid classes, or using our services, you or, where applicable, the learner's parent or guardian agree to these terms.

1. About Nuraan Quran Institute

Nuraan Quran Institute is an online Quran education service operated from Pakistan and serving English- and Urdu-speaking learners internationally.

Classes are provided online.

2. Learners and Minors

Adults may arrange and manage their own enrollment.

For minor learners, a parent or legal guardian should arrange the booking, provide contact information, manage payments, and communicate with Nuraan Quran Institute where necessary.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information about the learner.

3. Free Trial Class

New learners may request a free trial class before beginning paid lessons.

No payment is required for the free trial class.

The purpose of the trial is to allow the learner to experience the teaching approach and discuss an appropriate course and learning schedule.

A free trial does not guarantee permanent availability of a particular teacher or time slot.

4. Enrollment and Learning Plans

Regular enrollment begins when:

  • the learner or parent/guardian chooses to continue after the trial
  • an appropriate learning plan and regular weekly schedule are agreed
  • the initial required payment is confirmed

Each learning plan includes the exact number of live classes and class duration stated for that plan in each monthly billing cycle. The weekly schedule describes the learner's normal lesson pattern; additional occurrences of a scheduled weekday do not automatically increase the plan's class entitlement.

Class availability depends on teacher and scheduling availability.

5. Online Class Requirements

Learners are responsible for having:

  • a suitable internet connection
  • a compatible phone, tablet, or computer
  • access to the agreed video-meeting platform
  • a suitable learning environment

Temporary internet or device problems on the learner's side do not automatically create a right to a refund.

Where reasonably possible, scheduling or technical issues may be discussed with Nuraan Quran Institute.

6. Class Conduct

Learners, parents, guardians, teachers, and staff should communicate respectfully.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, seriously disruptive, or inappropriate conduct may result in suspension or termination of services.

For younger learners, parents or guardians should provide reasonable assistance with technology and supervision when necessary.

7. Teacher Assignment

Nuraan Quran Institute will aim to provide an appropriate teacher based on learner requirements and availability.

Teacher assignments may change where necessary because of availability, emergencies, scheduling, or operational requirements.

Where a scheduled teacher is unavailable, Nuraan will follow the Attendance & Rescheduling Policy.

8. Fees, Billing Cycles, and Payments

The applicable learning-plan fee and class entitlement will be communicated before paid classes begin.

The first payment must be confirmed before regular paid classes begin.

The learner's first monthly billing cycle begins on the confirmed enrollment date. Each following cycle renews on the same numerical day as the original enrollment date. If that date does not exist in a particular month, renewal occurs on that month's final day and returns to the original day when it next exists.

Payment for each new billing cycle is due on or before its renewal date. Future classes may be paused if payment has not been confirmed.

Plan changes normally take effect from the next billing cycle unless Nuraan Quran Institute agrees otherwise.

Payment instructions are coordinated directly with Nuraan Quran Institute. Learners or parents/guardians may be asked to provide proof or confirmation of payment.

9. Refunds, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Payments, returns, refunds, cancellations, missed lessons, and rescheduling are governed by:

  • Cancellation, Return, Refund & Payment Policy
  • Attendance & Rescheduling Policy

Because a free trial is available before enrollment, payment is non-refundable for voluntary withdrawal once a paid billing cycle has begun, subject to remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A learner may discontinue enrollment at any time. Notice received before the next renewal date prevents the next billing cycle from beginning; the current paid cycle continues until its scheduled end. These policies form part of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Sibling Discount

When eligible siblings are enrolled with Nuraan Quran Institute, each sibling receives a 10% discount on the applicable learning-plan fee.

Eligibility and continued application of the discount depend on the siblings remaining enrolled under the applicable family arrangement.

11. Course Material and Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, original educational materials, graphics, and other original materials belonging to Nuraan Quran Institute may not be copied, republished, sold, or redistributed without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

This provision does not claim ownership over the Quran, Quranic text, or other material that is not owned by Nuraan Quran Institute.

12. Changes to Services

Nuraan Quran Institute may reasonably update:

  • learning schedules
  • available teachers
  • course structure
  • communication methods
  • supported class platforms
  • website content

Where a change materially affects an enrolled learner, we will aim to communicate it reasonably in advance when possible.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

Nuraan Quran Institute will take reasonable care in providing its online education services.

However, uninterrupted availability of internet connections, third-party communication platforms, or video-meeting services cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

14. Applicable Law

Nuraan Quran Institute operates from Pakistan.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable laws of Pakistan, while recognizing that learners in other countries may have mandatory consumer or privacy rights under their local laws.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when our services or policies change.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
