Cancellation, Return, Refund & Payment Policy

This policy explains how payments, returns, refunds, enrollment cancellations, and sibling discounts are handled for Nuraan Quran Institute's paid online Quran classes.

Please review this policy before making payment for regular classes.

1. Free Trial

The initial trial class is free.

No payment is required for the free trial.

Paid enrollment begins only when the learner or parent/guardian decides to continue with regular classes.

2. First Payment and Billing-Cycle Start

After the free trial, the learner may choose an available learning plan and regular weekly schedule.

The first payment must be completed and confirmed before regular paid classes begin. The confirmed enrollment date becomes the learner's original monthly renewal date.

3. Monthly Billing Cycle and Due Date

Each plan includes a fixed number of classes in a monthly billing cycle. Payment for each new cycle is due on or before the learner's renewal date.

If the original renewal date does not exist in a particular month, renewal occurs on that month's final day and returns to the original day when it next exists.

If payment is delayed, Nuraan Quran Institute may contact the learner or parent/guardian and may pause future classes until payment arrangements are confirmed.

4. Payment Process

Payment arrangements are communicated directly through Nuraan Quran Institute's official communication channels.

The learner or parent/guardian may be required to send proof or a screenshot of payment.

Payment for a billing cycle is considered confirmed after Nuraan Quran Institute verifies receipt.

5. Payments After a Billing Cycle Begins

Because every new learner can attend a free trial before enrollment, payment for a paid billing cycle is non-refundable once that billing cycle has begun when a learner voluntarily withdraws, changes their mind, misses classes, or chooses not to use the remaining classes.

The learner may continue attending the classes included in the current paid cycle, subject to the Attendance & Rescheduling Policy. Unused classes are not converted into a cash refund solely because the learner voluntarily stops attending.

6. Payment Errors, Institute Non-Delivery, and Mandatory Rights

Nuraan Quran Institute will review a payment issue involving a duplicate or incorrect payment.

If Nuraan Quran Institute is unable to provide a paid class, the class will normally be replaced or rescheduled. If the paid service cannot reasonably be provided or replaced, an appropriate remedy will be considered.

Nothing in this policy limits a refund, repeat performance, price reduction, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

7. Raising a Payment or Service Issue

Payment or service issues should be submitted through the official Nuraan Quran Institute WhatsApp contact or other official contact method shown on the website.

The learner or parent/guardian should provide enough information for the payment, enrollment, and affected classes to be identified.

8. Cancelling Regular Enrollment

A learner or parent/guardian may contact Nuraan Quran Institute at any time if they wish to discontinue regular lessons.

Notice received before the next renewal date prevents the next billing cycle from beginning. The current paid cycle continues until its scheduled end, and the learner may use its remaining eligible classes.

If notice is received after a new paid billing cycle has already begun, cancellation takes effect at the end of that cycle and the non-refundable payment rule in section 5 applies.

9. Return Policy for Online Services

Nuraan Quran Institute provides live online educational services and does not sell or deliver physical goods through this website. Therefore, physical product returns and exchanges do not apply.

Requests concerning cancellation, unused classes, duplicate payments, incorrect payments, or non-delivery of a paid service are handled under the cancellation and refund provisions in this policy.

10. Sibling Discount

A 10% sibling discount is available on the applicable learning-plan fee for each sibling enrolled under an eligible sibling arrangement.

The discount applies to each eligible sibling while the relevant siblings remain enrolled.

11. Changes to Pricing

Current learning-plan prices are displayed or communicated before enrollment.

Nuraan Quran Institute may revise prices in the future.

Any material pricing changes affecting existing learners will be communicated before the new pricing applies where reasonably possible.
