Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our online classes, qualified teachers, and free evaluation sessions.

Yes — completely free, with no credit card required and no obligation to continue. After you submit the form, we'll confirm your trial class time on WhatsApp, and you'll meet your teacher for a real, live class — not just a demo.

That's perfectly normal — our Noorani Qaida course starts from the very basics, teaching the Arabic alphabet and correct pronunciation step by step. Most students with no prior knowledge start here before moving on to Quran recitation.

Yes — boys and men are taught by our qualified male Hafiz, and girls and women are taught by our qualified female Hafizah. We match every student with the appropriate teacher based on the information you provide in the trial form.

Classes are conducted on Zoom, with Google Meet available as a backup. If you're not familiar with either, we'll guide you through the simple setup process before your first class — no technical experience needed.

We currently offer evening classes in Pakistan time, which conveniently align with common available hours for families in the UK, USA, and Gulf countries. Once you book your trial, we'll confirm a specific time that works for your timezone over WhatsApp.

Pakistan plans are available with either 30-minute or 45-minute classes. After your free trial, you can choose 3 days per week with 12 classes, 4 days per week with 16 classes, or 5 days per week with 20 classes in each monthly billing cycle. Your regular weekly days and times are confirmed before paid classes begin.

After your free trial, we'll confirm your selected plan, regular class schedule, billing-cycle start date, and payment instructions through WhatsApp. Payment is made at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle using JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer in Pakistan, or Wise or Bank Transfer internationally.

Please inform us through WhatsApp at least 3 hours before the scheduled class. With sufficient notice, we'll aim to arrange one make-up class subject to teacher and learner availability. Late cancellations and unnotified no-shows may be counted as used classes. Classes cancelled by Nuraan or the teacher will always be replaced.

There's no strict minimum age — we've taught young children as well as adults. During your free trial, our teacher will assess the right starting point based on age and current ability.

Your first billing cycle begins on your enrollment date and renews monthly. Each cycle includes the exact number of classes stated in your plan. If your original renewal date does not exist in a particular month, renewal occurs on that month's final day and returns to the original day when it next exists.
